CAPUCHE, DEVIOUS TIGER and DRAGOON were restless in the stalls. STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN is suspended until such time as she proves tractable saddling in the designated saddling area on a race day. Jockey Simons reported that REBEL RENEGADE changed stride continually in running. WATABOUT was awkwardly placed on the heels of DREAMY FOREST in the concluding stages. WILLIAM NICOL was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: CARTER - abnormal respiratory noise. REBEL RENEGADE - not striding out right front. Scratched: STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN - injured in the saddling enclosure. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed. The following Jockeys and Apprentices were selected for breathalyser tests and the taking of urine samples for analysis.
