IT'S A TRUE STORY pulled its left front shoe, which was attended to by the Course Farrier, causing a delay to the start of this race. FETCHING ICE (AUS) was restless in the pens. HOPE ETERNAL was slow into stride. RIBOVAR refused to jump, losing many lengths. The starting stalls certificate for this colt has been withdrawn and it was suspended for a period of 7 days and until recertified tractable. A review of the start was called regarding RIBOVAR in stall gate number 4 and, after reviewing the patrol film with the Starter, it was established that the front gate opened on terms and that this colt refused to jump. RIBOVAR was declared a runner. IT'S A TRUE STORY was difficult to settle in the early stages. JIFFY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Scratched: UNAGI - off feed.
