The start of this Race was delayed due to the starting stalls having to be repositioned on the track. EASY LOVER and RIKITIKITANA were slow into stride. RIKITIKITANA was reluctant cantering to the start and had to be led by a Handler. In view of this gelding's previous history, it was suspended and may not race until recertified tractable cantering to the start on raceday. IN THE CRUISE and LEEULOOP JET came together shortly after the start and bumped. Jockey Yeni reported that IN THE CRUISE did not stride out freely in running. FORT MEYERS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: IN THE CRUISE - examined post race, no significant findings.
