Mr Thabana is now a qualified jockey. KIRINIA refused to load. LADY AWAY kicked the back gate in the stalls and was injured. SPRING LADY, MARCELLE and FATAL ATTRACTION were nervous in the stalls. SAIL THE STORM was nervous in the stalls and slow into stride. PRINCESS MIRANDA was stubborn loading. The start of this race was delayed due to the withdrawal of CLIFTON SANDS, KIRINIA and LADY AWAY. In view of the Starter's report concerning KIRINIA and PRINCESS MIRANDA, the starting stalls certificates are withdrawn and are to be recertified tractable prior to racing again. In view of the Starter's report concerning LADY AWAY, Trainer Greeff was advised to re-school in the starting stalls prior to racing again. Jockey Zechner reported that he felt something amiss with LET HER FLY in the running. Jockey Munger reported WHITE FLAME was changing stride continuously in the running and eased his mount out of the race at the 500 metre mark. MARCELLE was hanging inwards over the final 200 metres. SAIL THE STORM raced green, ducked inwards from the crop passing the 200 metre mark and FATAL ATTRACTION steadied from this movement. KILLALA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. THIRTEEN raced in Club Colours. Vet: LET HER FLY - coughed post race, short in front. PRINCESS MIRANDA - speedy cut left hind hock. WHITE FLAME - short left fore. Scratched: GRACI MAY -shin sore. CLIFTON SANDS - distressed and was withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon at the start. KIRINIA - intractable. LADY AWAY - capped hock left hind, kicked back gate, withdrawn and was withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon at the start.
