The Course Farrier attended to the left fore shoe of STORYFIELDS at the start. CORRIDOR OF POWER reared over and was injured in the stalls, withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon, this delayed the start. NEWCREST was nervous in the stalls, slow away and lost 1 length. COVER PAGE, UPPIES JOY and LOND200-metreCRAT were slow away and lost 1 length each. In view of the Starter's report concerning CORRIDOR OF POWER, the starting stalls certificate is withdrawn and is to be recertified tractable prior to racing again. OBEROY was hanging in throughout. CHESTNUT'S VOW was hanging in over the final 300 metres. NEWCREST and COVER PAGE brushed passing the 200-metre mark. UPPIES JOY eased for two strides off the heels of CHESTNUT'S VOW at the 150-metre mark. NEWCREST was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: Scratched: BATTERSEA BRIDGE - not eating up. CORRIDOR OF POWER - injured in starting stalls and was withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon at the start.
