LIGHT HOUSE LADY was stubborn loading. Trainer Houdalakis was advised to re-school this filly prior to its next engagement. BANK THE BILL lost one length. Apprentice Burke, the rider of THE RED LIST, rode a satisfactory qualifying ride. ROCK ME ROMEO was awkwardly placed leaving the 400m between SAMMI MOOSA and THE RED LIST, which rolled out marginally. BANK THE BILL commenced to hang out from the 400m. In view of the performance of SAMMI MOOSA, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Trainer Gray was requested to report back to the board on the condition of this filly on return to stables. JACKIE'S JOY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. THE RED LIST raced with a Cornell collar. Vet: SAMMI MOOSA - examined postrace, nothing obvious detected. THE RED LIST - abnormal respiratory noise. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed. Several Jockeys and Apprentices were selected for breathalyser tests and the taking of urine samples for analysis.
