LE HARVE became fractious and reared, broke through the front gate, dislodged the rider and bolted the course, causing a delay. The gelding was subsequently withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon. Trainer Snaith will be advised that this gelding's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and the gelding is to be repassed tractable on a race day with a companion. BOLDLY RESPECTABLE and ELUSIVE PATH made contact leaving the start. EDICT OF NANTES was baulked from the 250m until the latter stages. ELEVATED rolled in away from the crop at about the 50m and was immediately straightened, this however resulted in OUR MATE ART (AUS) being brushed inwards and ELUSIVE PATH, SUNSET EYES and EDICT OF NANTES became cramped for galloping room for a number of strides on the inside running rail in the latter stages. TABLE BAY (AUS) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Scratched: LE HARVE - reared, broke through the front gate and bolted the course, was withdrawn, mouth injury.
