THE STARTER REPORTED: a) VICTORIA PAIGE (L Hewitson) was restless in the stalls. b) PERFECT AIR (S Veale) and KEEP SMILING (R Danielson) lost 1 length, respectively. c) DRIVING MISS DAISY (C Zackey) lost 3 lengths. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Leaving the 400m, DRIVING MISS DAISY (C Zackey) was carried out by KELPIE (A Marcus) which rolled out. b) In the concluding stages, KELPIE (A Marcus) had to ease when awkwardly placed between SLEEPING SINGLE (GB) (B Fayd'herbe) and DRIVING MISS DAISY (C Zackey) which was hanging in from the 350m. c) Jockey W Kennedy reported that JET START (6.90 lengths) did not stride out freely in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) Jockey A Mgudlwa reported that ESCAPE CLUB (15.60 lengths) took no interest in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) RUNNING BRAVE (M Yeni) over-raced in the middle stages. f) An Inquiry will be opened in order to establish why PERFECT TIGRESS (G Lerena) had to check at the 150m. g) RUNNING BRAVE (M Yeni) the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
