TOBESURETOBESURE, BONDIBLU and BIRD ALLEY were slow into stride. Jockey Yeni reported that B TWENTY ONE became unbalanced at approximately the 600m. At approximately the 400m KISSIMMEE and B TWENTY ONE were carried out marginally by TOBESURETOBESURE, which rolled out. An inquiry will be opened to establish why BARCELONA BABE became unbalanced at approximately the 200m. Jockey Zechner reported that RED STAR made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. TOBESURETOBESURE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. When questioned regarding this mares poor performance on the 29th of October 2016, Trainer Adamson explained to the Board that this mare had been slow away and thereafter had raced wide and faded in the straight. The Board adjourned to view the patrol film of this race. Vet: RED STAR - no respiratory noise detected post race. OASIS QUEEN and DAHLIA'S ARROW - abnormal respiratory noise.
