UKUBONA was restless in the stalls repeatedly kicking the gates. UKUBONA was removed, checked by the Veterinary Surgeon and withdrawn. BOLD REIGN was difficult to load. BLACK FOREST was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ROY'S FLYER over-raced in the early stages, difficult to restrain. QUEEN'S BRIDGE was hanging out in the latter stages. In view of the performance of NAKED TRUTH, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. In view of the Starter's report concerning UKUBONA, the starting stall certificate for this gelding has been withdrawn until recertified tractable with a companion. Vet: NAKED TRUTH - not striding out left fore. Scratched: TOWER - Stipes Permission. UKUBONA - Injured in pens. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
