DON'TFENCEMEIN was slow out of the pens and lost half a length. After viewing the Patrol Film, it was noted that the starting stall of draw number six opened fractionally slower than the rest. The Stipendiary Board was of the opinion that the filly DON'TFENCEMEIN was not disadvantaged by her starting stall opening slightly slower. As the filly finished in the first four it could not be declared a non-runner and the Board took no further action. DIVA'S ROCKSTAR raced green. Jockey Marwing reported that CHATOU raced with her tongue over the bit in the final 400 metres of this race. PLACID SEA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. DIVA'S ROCKSTAR, PLACID SEA and DON'TFENCEMEIN raced in steels. The Colours of DON'TFENCEMEIN should read: Black and green stripes, black sleeves and green cap.
