SILVER RIDGE was restless in the stalls, thereafter threw his head up as the start was effected losing 2 lengths. JOSHUA'S ANSWER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. DANCER IN THE DARK was hanging in, in the straight. Jockey Delpech reported SILVER RIDGE was not striding out freely in running. Jockey Zackey reported BANDEROS was not striding out freely in running and making an abnormal respiratory noise. Jockey de Melo, the rider of FIREWOOD, appeared before the Board and was spoken to with regard to his use of the crop in the latter stages. Vet: SILVER RIDGE - nothing obvious detected.
