A false start was called as a result of WELL DRESSED rearing as the start was effected dislodging Jockey Kennedy. A false start was called and all horses were pulled up and returned to the start with the exception of WELL DRESSED, who bolted the course. STOCKADE was slow into stride. OFF RAMP lost 1 length. ART ATTACK lost 2 lengths. SOUNDS POSITIVE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Apprentice Habib, the rider of SOUNDS POSITIVE, has now ridden his 40th winner and will claim a 1.5kg allowance from the conclusion of today's race meeting and until the conclusion of the meeting at which he has ridden his 60th winner. In view of the Starter's report concerning WELL DRESSED, the starting stall certificate for this filly has been withdrawn until recertified tractable with a companion. ART ATTACK was pulling hard in the early and middle stages. VICTORY TAKEOVER became cramped between runners at approximately the 150-metre mark. STOCKADE and BRAVE AND BOLD were hanging in, in the latter stages. Jockey Forbes reported that he felt something amiss with LOBELIA in running and as a result did not persevere with his ride in the latter stages. Vet: LOBELIA - not striding out right fore. ART ATTACK - mild post respiratory distress. Scratched: WELL DRESSED - dislodged Jockey Kennedy and bolted, withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon.
