HAIZI'S DAIZY reared over in the stalls and was withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon. ENTRE NOUS was nervous in the stalls. AQUINATA, VALEDICTION, PREOCCUPATION and RASBERRY LIPS were slow into stride. BROOKE'S MONTANA was slow away and lost 1 length. The start of this race was delayed due to the late scratching of HAIZI'S DAIZY at the start. In view of the Starter's report HAIZI'S DAIZY's starting stalls certificate is withdrawn and is to be recertified tractable prior to racing again. Jockey Patel reported that he felt something amiss with LADY MARSHALL in the running. VALEDICTION was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: HAIZI'S DAIZY - reared over in the stalls and was injured, withdrawn from the start. BROOKE'S MONTANA - speedy cut left hind. TRACY'S LEGACY (AUS) - speedy cut right hind. LADY MARSHALL - checked post race, nothing obvious detected. Scratched: HAIZI'S DAIZY - injured in the stalls. The Course Farrier on duty reported that the shoes of all the runners engaged at today's race meeting were checked and conformed with the rules. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
