MAID IN THE MOON was very fractious in the starting stalls, dislodging Jockey Greyling. This filly broke through the front of the starting stalls, was caught and brought back behind the stalls, examined by the Course Veterinary Surgeon and was withdrawn due to an injury on her head and the start of this race was delayed. This filly's Starting Stalls Certificate has been withdrawn and is to be recertified tractable prior to being nominated to race again. WHITE RUSSIAN was very fractious in the starting stalls. This filly's Starting Stalls Certificate has been withdrawn and is to be recertified tractable prior to being nominated to race again. EXPLORER'S CLUB was slow away losing three to four lengths. This filly's Starting Stalls Certificate has been withdrawn and is to be recertified tractable prior to being nominated to race again. WHITE RUSSIAN was changing legs throughout. The Course Veterinary Surgeon was asked to examine this horse. NEMBA BEACH was hanging in, in the final 200 metres. COACHELLA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: WHITE RUSSIAN - was changing legs, was checked post race and nothing untoward was found. Scratched: MAID IN THE MOON - withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon at the start after it was injured in the starting stalls and sustained head injuries, injured left eye and bleeding from the nose.
