The start of this Race was delayed due to the delay in the previous race. LADY CRISTINA was slow losing two lengths. SWEET CHESTNUT was slow into stride. Shortly after the start NTOMBI ENCANI and ONE OF A KIND were awkwardly placed between IRRESISTABLE JODY, which jumped out, and END GAME, which jumped in. NTOMBI ENCANI commenced to give ground to the field from the 300m. Apprentice Hewitson reported that LADY CRISTINA made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. Jockey Danielson reported that QUI TANGO did not stride out freely in running. Jockey Marwing reported that the saddle on ONE OF A KIND slipped back in running. In view of the performance of ONE OF A KIND, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. END GAME was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: LADY CRISTINA - no respiratory noise detected post race. QUI TANGO - speedy cut right hind. ONE OF A KIND - not striding out right front. IRRESISTIBLE JODY - cut into right hind. Scratched: MATING CALL - insufficient recovery time.
