VIVIENNE BLUE was restless in the stalls and jumped awkwardly. Trainer Mayhew was advised to re-school this filly prior to her next engagement. GRATUITY was slow into stride. VIVACIOUS VIVIAN was restless in the stalls. Trainer Erasmus was advised to re-school this filly prior to her next engagement. LADY CRISTINA refused to jump. The Starting Stall Certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. Shortly after the start GRATUITY was carried in by VIVACIOUS VIVIAN, which shifted in sharply after jumping outwards. Workrider Farah appeared before the Board and was shown the patrol films of this race. The Board suggested to Mr Farah that he seek the assistance of Trainer Maree (who oversees the training of the Workriders) as the quality of his ride on SUMMER LOVE was not up to an acceptable standard. In view of the Starter's report, LADY CRISTINA has been suspended for a period of seven days and until such time as she proves tractable jumping on terms from the starting stalls. Workrider Gwingwizha appeared before the board, was shown the patrol films of the concluding stages of the race, and was reminded of his obligation to ride his horses out to the end of the race. KIRKCONNEL LASS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. VIVIENNE BLUE and SUMMER LOVE raced with a tongue tie on. Scratched: STARINA - off feed.
