RONIN WARRIOR was slow, losing 1 length. NIGHT MARCH was slow into stride. Jockey Wrogemann reported that LAST BATTLE did not stride out freely in running. At approximately the 400m RONIN WARRIOR had to steady on the inside of LOCK HIM UP whilst attempting to switch out to continue its run. REBEL RENEGADE was hanging in from the 300m. MOSHAV was hanging out in the concluding stages. DON CHRISTO was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: LAST BATTLE - not striding out right front. DRAGON'S BREATH - mild post race distress. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed. Several Jockeys were selected for breathalyser tests and the taking of urine samples for analysis.
