There was a delay to the start of the 6th Race as a result of the previous race delay as well as the Veterinary Surgeon having to examine APOLLO'S GIFT at the start. MR MCSTEAMY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey Brown reported CUTE LADY took no interest in running. At approximately the 300-metre mark COLMANT, hanging in, shifted in, simultaneously SHARP SEATTLE shifted out, which resulted in COLMANT becoming inconvenienced off the heels of SHARP SEATTLE. Vet: CUTE LADY - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: HALLO MR - pharyngitis. APOLLO'S GIFT - examined at the start and found to be not striding out left fore and right hind and was withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon.
