MA AMOUR proved reluctant to canter to the start and was subsequently withdrawn for delaying the start. Thereafter MA AMOUR bolted the course causing a further delay to the start of this race. MA AMOUR has been suspended and she may not race until she has proved tractable cantering to the start on a raceday. RHYME OR REASON, PROMISSORIA and FORTUNATE lost one length. CAPRICIOUS and PROMISSORIA were restless in the stalls. PRINCESS ROCHELLE reared in the stalls. The Starting Stall Certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. Apprentice Hewitson, the rider of PRINCESS VIOLET, and Jockey Lerena, the rider of TRELLIS, reported that their respective mounts changed stride continually in running. Jockey Yeni reported that FORTUNATE did not stride out freely in running and he did not persevere with his riding from the 400m. RHYME OR REASON was hanging out from the 300m. In view of the Starter's report, PRINCESS ROCHELLE was suspended for seven days. She may not be presented for re-passing during this period. ONE OF A KIND was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. FORTUNATE raced with a tongue tie on. Vet: ORDAINED - coughing. PRINCESS VIOLET - not striding out right front. TRELLIS - not striding out right front. FORTUNATE - not striding out right front. Scratched: ROLLED SILVER - abnormal temperature. EMERALD BAY - no suitable rider available. MA AMOUR - intractable. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed. Several Jockeys and Apprentices were selected for breathalyser tests and the taking of urine samples for analysis.
