AMAS AMAT was slow away losing two lengths. Apprentice Habib signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined for contravention, read with the guidelines on overweight, in that he weighed out at more than 1.0kg over the carded weight confirmed in his riding engagement to ride DETENTE for Trainer Stidolph. Apprentice Bikausaru, the rider of TAIL WIND, only claimed 3.0kg (53.0kg). An Admission of Guilt was not issued as the 1.0kg overweight was declared at declaration stage but due to an administrative error, this was omitted from the racecard. SUPA WONDER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
