JAY ROCK jumped awkwardly outwards and made contact with PRINCE OF LIGHT. TIME TRAVEL reared in the stalls. ITALIC jumped awkwardly losing three lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. In view of the report from the Starter concerning TIME TRAVEL, Trainer Mrs Bass-Robinson will be advised to have this gelding re-schooled before its next engagement. Jockey Yeni reported that PRINCE OF LIGHT took no interest in the early part of the race and was making an abnormal respiratory noise and as a result, he eased out of the race and dismounted. In view of the Veterinary Surgeon report, Trainer Nel will be requested to submit a full Veterinary report as recommended prior to accepting to race PRINCE OF LIGHT. PLATINUM PRINCE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: PRINCE OF LIGHT - was inspected post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. A full Veterinary report is recommended, including scoping of nasopharynx to establish breathing problem.
