At the request of Phumelela the Off Times of the remaining Races today were rescheduled. CORTADA jumped awkwardly losing one length. In view of the performance from WINTER TRADE, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the gelding on its return to the unsaddling enclosure and submit a report. MOONRISE SENSATION shifted out and eased off the heels of ELUSIVE SINGER in the latter stages. STRAAT-KIND was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. MOONRISE SENSATION raced without a tongue tie. Vet: WINTER TRADE - inspected post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. Scratched: BOBBY DAZZLER - no suitable jockey.
