DRESS FOR SUCCESS lost 1 length. DRESS FOR SUCCESS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. DRESS FOR SUCCESS shifted in over the final 300 metres, which resulted in PERSIAN RUG being momentarily inconvenienced at approximately the 150 metre mark. Apprentice Arries, the rider of DRESS FOR SUCCESS, appeared before the Board with regard to this incident and was advised to take stronger corrective measures to prevent his mounts from shifting ground in future. Jockey Kennedy reported KILLER WOMAN (NZ) was not striding out freely in running. In view of the performance of PRINCESS VARUNYA (AUS), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. NOT A WORD raced fitted with alumites both fore and steels behind. Vet: PRINCESS VARUNYA (AUS) - nothing obvious detected. KILLER WOMAN (NZ) - lame right fore.
