The start of this Race was delayed due to a false start being called by the Starter. Shortly before the start was effected EVENING BREEZE reared in the stalls, dislodging Jockey Zechner. A false start was called. The starting stalls certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. The balance of the field were restrained by their riders, returned to the start and declared fit to race, with the exception of EVENING BREEZE, which was withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon for bolting. In view of the Starter's report with regard to EVENING BREEZE, this filly was suspended for a period of 30 days and until such time as it proves tractable in the stalls. EVENING BREEZE may not be presented for repassing during this period. In view of the performance from ROQUEBRUNE, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine gelding. In the concluding stages ALL NIGHT FLIGHT was brushed by THE THINKER, which was hanging in from the 300m THE THINKER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: MANX PARK - abnormal respiratory noise; post race distress. ROQUEBRUNE - not striding out right front. Scratched: KINGOFTHEWORLD - lame left front. EVENING BREEZE - bolted.
