AHORSE WITH NONAME lost five lengths. The Starting Stall Certificate for this gelding has been withdrawn. A race review was called into the start of this race by the Stipendiary Board with regards to AHORSE WITH NONAME in stall gate 9. It was established that the gates opened on terms, that the Handler had removed the hood and had not impeded AHORSE WITH NONAME in any way. Therefore the Board took no further action and declared this gelding to be a runner. In view of the Starter's report with regard to AHORSE WITH NONAME, this gelding was suspended for a period of 7 days and until it proves tractable by jumping on terms from the starting stalls. He may not be presented for repassing during this period. YOUNG EAGLE commenced to give ground to the field from the 400m. Jockey Sturgeon reported that he felt something amiss with GRAF SPEE in running and he did not persevere with his riding in the concluding stages. ST JOSEPH was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ST JOSEPH raced with a tongue tie on. GRAF SPEE raced equipped with alumites in front and unshod behind. Vet: ZAITUNAY BAY - speedy cut left front. GRAF SPEE - examined post race, no significant findings. SYNERGY - abnormal respiratory noise.
