Workrider Ndlovu did not ride at today's racemeeting (medically indisposed). He was replaced on his mount in Race 1 Jockey Fortune did not ride at today's racemeeting (medically indisposed - injured knee). He was replaced on his mounts. Apprentice Mphanya did not ride at today's racemeeting (not currently based in Johannesburg). He was replaced on his mounts. Jockey Murray did not ride at today's racemeeting. He was replaced on his mounts. Jockey Zechner did not ride at today's racemeeting. He was replaced on his mounts. During the loading process, SUN WOLF broke open the front gate, dislodged Workrider Dadamasi and bolted. Thereafter SANTA MONICA broke through the front gate, was restrained by the Workrider and returned to the start. Subsequently SUN WOLF was withdrawn by the course Veterinary Surgeon. This caused a delay to the start of this Race. The Starting Stall Certificate for SUN WOLF has been withdrawn. SWEET PEA jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. SANTA MONICA broke through the front gate, restrained by the rider, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, passed fit to race and reloaded. SWEET PEA jumped awkwardly unbalancing Workrider Jevu, which resulted in him briefly losing his left side stirrup iron. In view of the Starter's report with regard to SUN WOLF, this filly has been suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as she proves tractable in the starting stalls. SUN WOLF may not be presented for repassing during this period. At approximately the 500m, GREY'S DELIGHT had to switch out to continue its run. ALTITUDE shifted out away from the crop from the 300m. MRS JAY shifted in away from the crop from the 200m. Workrider Mongqawa was charged with a contravention, read with Guideline M on the use of the crop, in that he used his crop with excessive frequency whilst riding the horse FICTICIOUS. Workrider Mongqawa signed an Admission of Guilt and was suspended from riding in one Workrider race. STREET LIFE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ROLLED SILVER raced without a tongue tie. Vet: ROY'S WONDER - abnormal respiratory noise. CRUSH - speedy cut right hind. Scratched: SUN WOLF - bolted the course.
