CURATRIX was nervous in the stalls. RETURN TO SENDER was nervous in the stalls and rushed the front gates. SKYE GIRL, ARCTIC RUSH and CREAM OF CHROME were slow away and lost 1 length each. STANLEY'S LAST was slow away and lost 2 lengths. STANLEY'S LAST was pulling in the early stages, was difficult to assist and compounded passing the 300 metre mark. Jockey Cheyne did not persevere with his ride over the final 200 metres. Jockey Munger reported that he felt something amiss with CREAM OF CHROME in the running and he did not persevere with his ride over the final 200 metres. Jockey Penny reported that BERRY CRUSH took no interest in the running. SILVER LAUREL was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. CURATRIX raced with a tongue tie. Vet: CREAM OF CHROME - lame right hind. BERRY CRUSH and STANLEY'S LAST - checked post race, nothing obvious detected. Scratched: LADY BOK - bolted and was withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon.
