POLAR SECRET proved stubborn to load which caused a delay to the start of this Race. POLAR SECRET was stubborn loading. The Starting Stall Certificate for this mare has been withdrawn. SEPTEMBER BLOOM was stubborn loading and jumped awkwardly. GOODYTWOSHOES was slow losing one length. Shortly after the start, SEPTEMBER BLOOM, SAMMI MOOSA and ZAPPY CHOICE (AUS) were awkwardly placed between MISS TURBO, which jumped in, and JUBA, which jumped out. Apprentice Hewitson reported that he felt something amiss with KAHLUA ROSE in running and did not persevere with his riding in the concluding stages. In view of the Starter's report with regard to POLAR SECRET, this mare has been suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable loading in the starting stalls. POLAR SECRET may not be presented for repassing during this period. GOODYTWOSHOES was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. GOLD SHADES raced equipped with alumites. Vet: KAHLUA ROSE - examined post race, no significant findings. SEPTEMBER BLOOM cut into right front. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
