SERENE COUNTESS refused to load and was subsequently withdrawn by the Starter. This caused a delay to the start of this Race. The Starting Stall Certificate for this filly was withdrawn. ASPEN SHADOW refused to jump. The Starting Stall Certificate for this filly was withdrawn. A race review was called into the start of this race regarding ASPEN SHADOW in stall gate 8. It was established that this filly had not been impeded by a handler and had refused to jump. Therefore the Stipendiary Board declared this filly a runner. QUININE over-raced in the early stages. In view of the performance of SUPERGIRL CONDI, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Assistant Trainer Greyling was requested to report back to the Board on the condition of this filly on return to stables. In view of the Starter's report with regard to SERENE COUNTESS, this filly was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable loading in the starting stalls. SERENE COUNTESS may not be presented for repassing during this period. In view of the Starter's report with regard to ASPEN SHADOW, this filly was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable jumping on terms with the field. ASPEN SHADOW may not be presented for repassing during this period. KAPENTA BAY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
