EMILY JAY proved stubborn to load which caused a delay to the start of this Race. The Starting Stall Certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. In view of the Starter's report with regard to EMILY JAY, this filly was suspended for a period of 30 days and until such time as it proves tractable loading into the starting stalls. EMILY JAY may not be presented for repassing during this period. COLD CASH over-raced in the early stages. Shortly before the finish line, INGA was awkwardly placed on the heels of ALEXA which shifted out away from the crop and had to be straightened. As a consequence of Jockey Maujean having to straighten ALEXA, he was unable to ride this filly out for the last half a stride to the finish line. GUNS AND ROSES was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: TRELLIS and EMILY JAY - abnormal respiratory noise. Scratched: TIGER FLAME (AUS) - not striding out.
