ONE MORE ROUND kicked the back gate, was taken out and reloaded. In view of the report from the Starter concerning ON MORE ROUND, Trainer Ennion will be advised to have this filly re-schooled before her next engagement. In view of the performances from FORT VIVA and FLYING GITANO, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these geldings on their return to the unsaddling enclosure and submit a report. Approaching the 400m, KENSINGTON OVAL rolled out slightly and brushed OUR EMPEROR. Thereafter OUR EMPEROR commenced to hang in and shifted in, resulting in KENSINGTON OVAL having to check at the 300m. An inquiry will be held into this incident. OUR EMPEROR was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. FUJIN raced fitted alumites in front and unshod behind. Vet: FORT VIVA - coughed post race. FLYING GITANO - examined post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected.
