The start of this Race was delayed due to the delay in the previous Race. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) Fair start for all runners. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) At the 600m, THE EIGHTH LORD (S Randolph) shifted out when racing onto the heels of DRUNKEN SAILOR (M Yeni). b) Leaving the 400m, GO MAN GO (K de Melo) had to ease when awkwardly placed between BRASS BELL (L Hewitson) which rolled in and THERAVADA (*L Ferraris) which shifted out in order to avoid the heels of AXIOS (D Dillon) which had led the field in the early and middle stages and compounded in the straight. c) BRASS BELL (L Hewitson) shifted out to continue its run in the concluding stages. d) Jockey D Dillon reported that he felt something amiss with AXIOS (31.30 lengths) in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) STOPALLTHECLOCKS (T Godden), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Stable Employee M Trott acting on behalf of Trainer S J Snaith advised (ML). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) STOPALLTHECLOCKS raced with cheek pieces (advised 30.09.20/7h41) and this gelding was ridden by Jockey T Godden. b) CANADIAN BOLT raced equipped with blinkers (advised 28.09.20/9h49). c) THE EIGHTH LORD Jockey S Randolph weighed out at 54.8kg, 0.5kg over the carded weight of 54kg. d) AXIOS Jockey D Dillon weighed out at 57.8kg, 0.5kg over the carded weight of 57kg.
