MERMAID SIREN was restless in the stalls and jumped awkwardly. KUTLWANOSLOVE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey Mansour reported CLIFTON ROAD (USA) was not striding out freely in running. MERMAID SIREN was not persevered with in the latter stages. DUSTY BUTTON over-raced in the early stages. SONIC A P shifted in at approximately the 300 metre mark. In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning CHASING PAPERS, this filly was suspended from racing for a period of 60 days. Vet: CHASING PAPERS - Epistaxis, 60 days suspension. MERMAID SIREN - coughing. CLIFTON ROAD (USA) - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: BLUE JASMINE - not eating up. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, except for PHOEBUS who was identified by the microchip number.
