INTANDOKAZI (AUS) refused to load, TIGER'S LEGACY proved stubborn to load and DYNAMIC ROSE broke through the front gate, had to be restrained by its rider, returned to the start, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, passed fit to race and reloaded. This caused a delay to the start of this Race. The Starting Stall Certificate for INTANDOKAZI (AUS) has been withdrawn. TIGER'S LEGACY was stubborn loading losing one length. Trainer Botes was advised to re-school this gelding prior to its next engagement. DYNAMIC ROSE broke through the front gate, was restrained by Apprentice Habib, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, passed fit to race and reloaded. Trainer Peter was advised to re-school this gelding prior to its next engagement. DYNAMIC ROSE stumbled shortly after the start. In view of the performance of DREAMUPONADREAM, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. In the concluding stages, COLD FRONT shifted both ways away from the crop. In view of the Starter's report with regard to INTANDOKAZI (AUS), this gelding was suspended in terms for a period of 30 days and until such time as it proves tractable loading into the starting stalls and jumping on terms with a companion on a raceday. INTANDOKAZI (AUS) may not be presented for repassing during this period. MOSHAV was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey de Melo, the rider of MOSHAV, was charged with a contravention in that he failed to proceed to the parade ring immediately after being instructed to do so by the Clerk of Scales. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
