WATCH MY DUST and MAMBO STAR lost two lengths. In the concluding stages, SABASTIAN, which rolled in, had to ease off the heels of INN A MILLION, which was carried out by DROMEDARIS which shifted out away from the crop and was straightened. As a consequence of this, GENTLEMAN ONLY and CHAMPIONS CUP were carried outwards. An Objection was lodged by the Trainer Azzie, of the 2nd placed horse, INN A MILLION, against the winner, DROMEDARIS, on the grounds of interference and intimidation in the concluding stages. The Board, after giving regard to the evidence put forward by the connections of both horses and reviewing the patrol films of the incident complained of, could not be comfortably satisfied that the result had been affected, therefore overruled the objection and allowed the Judges result to stand. Trainer Azzie's deposit was refunded. DROMEDARIS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: GENTLEMAN ONLY - speedy cut right hind. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
