The start of this Race was rescheduled at the request of the Operator in order to allow the float transporting horses from Randjesfontein to Turffontein an opportunity to arrive after having been stuck in traffic. At approximately the 250m, BLUE BERRY PIE was carried out by PERFECT ORDER, which was hanging out. BLUE BERRY PIE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: LEOPARD LILY - coughing. Scratched: RETURN TO POWER, BECKONING and MISS BULSARA - Stipes permission as the float transporting horses from Randjesfontein to Turffontein was stuck in traffic due to a major accident on the M1 South highway before the Buccleugh interchange in Midrand.
