The start of this Race was delayed due to the delay in the previous race. LA ROQUETTE was slow into stride. SHE'S A FLIRT lost 1 length. Jockey de Melo reported that he felt something amiss with BARINOIS in running. Jockey Maujean reported that PEARL VALLEY made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. Jockey Yeni reported that SHE'S A FLIRT did not stride out freely in running. LA ROQUETTE over-raced in the early stages. In the concluding stages, INKOLO, which shifted out away from the crop, and CARIBBEAN QUEEN, which shifted in away from the crop, came together and brushed on at least two occasions. KIRKCONNEL LASS and INKOLO were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. WRAP IT UP and PEARL VALLEY raced equipped with a tongue tie. Vet: BARINOIS - not striding out left front. PEARL VALLEY - no respiratory noise detected post race. SHE'S A FLIRT - examined post race, no significant findings.
