MOVIE SHOW was fractious in the stalls, taken out, inspected by the Veterinary Surgeon and declared fit to race. EXQUISITE TOUCH reared in the stalls and was subsequently withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon. The Board took into consideration that at the time of the withdrawal of EXQUISITE TOUCH, seven of the eight fillies had been in their stalls for a significant period of time, therefore the instruction was given for MOVIE SHOW to be reloaded and for the start to be effected without allowing time for bets to be restructured. Trainer Peter was advised to re-school MOVIE SHOW prior to its next engagement. EXQUISITE TOUCH reared in the starting stalls and injured itself. EXQUISITE TOUCH was set off by MOVIE SHOW, no sanction was taken against her. Shortly after the start, QUEEN LAURIE was bumped in by MOGGIE BROWN, which jumped in. QUEEN LAURIE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Scratched: EXQUISITE TOUCH - injured its head in the stalls. WRECKING BALL - abnormal temperature. JAMESON GIRL - pulled muscle. GRATUITY and PROSPERITY - coughing.
