The start of this Race was delayed due to the 30-minute interval between races 9 and 10 and the delay in the previous race. KILLUA CASTLE (AUS) and SMART MART lost 1 length. In view of the performance from DOOSRA, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. HIDDEN AGENDA was hanging in, in the concluding stages. Jockey Yeni signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined for a contravention, read with Guideline G on the use of the crop, in that he struck the horse BABBLING BROOKE when it was out of contention for a place. Shortly before the finish line, MAXIMIZER was bumped inwards by KINGS ARCHER, which rolled in and was immediately straightened. MAXIMIZER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
