The starting stalls had to be repositioned on the track. GLITZY refused to load and was withdrawn by the Starter. HARLEY QUINN proved stubborn loading. These incidents cause a delay to the start of this Race. The starting stalls certificate for GLITZY was withdrawn. Trainer Ferreira was advised to re-school HARLEY QUINN prior to its next engagement. In view of the Starter's report with regard to GLITZY, this filly was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable loading into the starting stalls. Jockey Yeni reported that the saddle on BRIGTNUMBEREIGHT slipped back in running. Jockey Zechner reported that KHOMOTSO made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. I AIN'T TRIPPIN was hanging out from the 600m. In the concluding stages FORT VODKA was carried out by REGAL GRADUATION, which shifted out away from the crop. Jockey R Simons appeared before the Board, was shown the patrol film of the race and advised to make more of an attempt to keep his mounts on a straight course in future. FORT VODKA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. T FUYU raced equipped with pacifiers. HARLEY QUINN raced equipped with a tongue tie. Vet: KHOMOTSO - abnormal respiratory noise. Scratched: CHARNA TIKI TARNA - abscess on mouth. GLITZY - refused to load. ONLY KIDDING - lame left front lost 1 length.
