The start of this race was delayed due to faulty starting stalls. The start of this race was delayed due to faulty starting stalls opening on their own, causing COOL SOLUTION, HAGA HAGA and LAVA FLOW to go through the starting stalls, resulting in HAGA HAGA dislodging Jockey Herholdt. This colt was then caught and checked by the Course Veterinary Surgeon and was passed fit to race. All the runners were then re-loaded. PERFECT GRACE refused to jump out of the pens. This gelding's Starting Stalls Certificate has been withdrawn and is to be re-certified Tractable prior to racing again. HAGA HAGA was hanging out in the early stages of the race, and shifted both ways away from the crop in the straight. FLASHER ON THE RUN was hanging in in the concluding stages. FLASHER ON THE RUN was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. SIMONA raced in steels. BUTCHIE BOY raced in steels. Ownership of BOILING POINT should read: Mr Kajese and Mr Davenport.
