GREYTON GIRL jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. EXPEDITE jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. Jockey Botha was dislodged on the way to the start, the filly cantered to the start, was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, declared fit to race and was re-saddled. ALPINE JIG raced green. SUNSHINE MINT (IRE) and LADYSMITH were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. EXPEDITE raced fitted with ear muffs. The Colours of the Owners of EXPEDITE should read: White, royal blue epaulettes, white sleeves, royal blue cap. LADYSMITH raced fitted with ear muffs. Vet: GREYTON GIRL - examined at the start and declared fit to race. POLLY AGAIN - returned having lost the left fore shoe. ALPINE JIG - returned having lost the right hind shoe.
