MAKE IT RAINE (AUS) was restless in the stalls, jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. PASSION PEACH was restless in the stalls. LALENA stood, jumped awkwardly losing one length. OSTINATO jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. TRIP THE WILLOW was restless in the stalls, jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. In view of the performance from STILL I RISE (AUS), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the filly on her return to the unsaddling enclosure and submit a report. Jockey Fayd'Herbe reported that TRIP THE WILLOW did not stride out freely in running. OSTINATO was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. SUN AT MIDNIGHT raced fitted with alumite heart bars in front and alumites behind. The Colours of the Owners of STILL I RISE (AUS) should read: Silver & cerise halved vertically, cerise sleeves, silver stars, cerise cap, silver stars. Jockey Winnaar rode LALENA. Jockey Byleveld was stood down by the Club's Medical Officer. Vet: STILL I RISE (AUS) - was inspected post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. TRIP THE WILLOW - returned with an overreach wound on the right fore. WESTON - returned having lost the right hind shoe. Scratched: STRAAT-KIND - abnormal blood count. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at tonight's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at tonight's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
