NIGHT SHADOW and TOMMY WATERDEVIL lost one length. HAPPY PILLS lost three lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. Trainer Azzie was advised to re-school this gelding prior to its next engagement. ALSSAKHRA over-raced in the early stages. In view of the performance of ALSSAKHRA, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this colt. Jockey Marwing, the rider of HAPPY PILLS, and Jockey Zackey, the rider of TOMMY WATERDEVIL, reported that they felt something amiss with their mounts in running. Jockey Simons reported that GAMBADO did not stride out freely in running. Jockey Herholdt reported that NIGHT SHADOW took no interest in running. TRADING PROFIT was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. NIGHT SHADOW raced with a tongue tie on. Vet: ALSSAKHRA - not striding out right front. HAPPY PILLS - fatigued. TOMMY WATERDEVIL - abnormal respiratory noise and not striding out left front. GAMBADO - examined post race, nothing obvious detected. Scratched: BOLD VIKING - overreach right front.
