The start of this Race was delayed due to the delay in the previous race as well as the withdrawal of AURELIA COTTA by the course Veterinary Surgeon. PALE LILAC was stubborn loading. Trainer Laird was advised to re-school this filly prior to her next engagement. AWFAA lost one length. FOLK DANCE over-raced in the early and middle stages, which resulted in this filly racing wide and without cover around the turn. Thereafter Jockey Lerena reported the he felt something amiss with her in running. Jockey Delpech and Jockey Zackey reported that their mounts did not stride out freely in running. Jockey Simons reported that he felt something amiss with CASHEL PALACE in running. TAKINGTHEPEACE shifted in away from the crop in the concluding stages. TAKINGTHEPEACE and GREEN TOP were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ROCKIN RUSSIAN raced without a tongue tie. Vet: FOLK DANCE - post race distress. FISH RIVER (AUS) - examined post race, nothing obvious detected. CASHEL PALACE - post raced distress (severe). AWFAA - fatigued. Scratched: AURELIA COTTA - kicked en-route to the start, not striding out.
