The start of this Race was delayed due to a severe lightning storm and thereafter the withdrawal of MUSIC WORLD and TIDE IS TURNING by the course Veterinary Surgeon. Due to the delay, races 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 were re-scheduled. RAZZLE MY TAZZLE was slow losing one length. Apprentice Mjoka reported that PENA PALACE did not stride out freely in running. Jockey Webber was charged with a contravention, read with Guideline M on the use of the crop, in that he used his crop with excessive frequency whilst riding the horse EUAN' ME. Jockey Webber signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined. FLY REBECCA FLY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer Lensley was requested to report back to the Board on the condition of SHEZALADY on return to stables. Vet: PENA PALACE - not striding out right front. Scratched: CLARET CUP - not striding out right front. TIDE IS TURNING - lame right front.
