PASSIONEIGHT jumped with his head up, was slow into stride and as a result was squeezed out. PALACE MYSTERY lost one length. ROMAN COURTESAN was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey de Melo, the rider of GRAB THE GAVEL, reported that he felt something amiss with this filly in running. In view of the performances of KEHILA and PALACE MYSTERY, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these horses. DUSKY DANCER over-raced in the early and middle stages. The Ownership of INCOMODATION should read: International Racing Club & Mr S Sewraj; and the Colours are: green, bright yellow v bib, black collar, red and blue halved sleeves, white cap. Vet: GRAB THE GAVEL, KEHILA and PALACE MYSTERY - nothing obvious detected. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at tonight's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at tonight's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
