THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) WHISPERING WAVE (*J Jacobs) and MIRACLE MADAM (*T Gumede) over-raced in the early stages. b) LOVE OF ALL THINGS (*J Mphanya) was hanging in from the 900m. c) IM ATTRACKTIVE (T Godden) raced wide into the straight. d) FLYING THUNDER (*K Strydom) was inconvenienced behind CORSAGE (C Habib) which rolled out approaching the 100m. e) In view of the performance of IM ATTRACKTIVE (T Godden) (9.30 lengths) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. f) COOL APACHE (W Kennedy), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer O Mhlamvu acting on behalf of Trainer G H van Zyl advised (SC). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) IM ATTRACKTIVE raced without blinkers (advised 26.10.20/21h17). b) STRAWBERRYPOPTART raced without a tongue tie (advised 26.10.20/21h17). c) FLYING THUNDER Apprentice K Strydom was only able to claim 3.5kg of his 4kg apprentice allowance and weighed out at 53.7kg.
