MELIORA and FLOATING ON WATER were slow into stride. Jockey Botha reported that he felt something amiss with MELIORA in running. SILVER MASTER was held up for a clear run between the 400m and 300m, and dropped his crop leaving the 200m. TYRANDEUS was carried in by MANETHEREN, which shifted in resulting in TYRANDEUS having to steady off the heels of SILVER MASTER, which rolled out slightly leaving the 200m.
